Harvest Food Bank

The World Harvest Food Bank, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing advocacy, emergency food, social services, and reducing food waste to support its local community. Growing Tree has proudly partnered with the organization, becoming one of their most frequent and valuable volunteers. Members assist with food cleaning and storage, organizing produce, helping customers, and packing household essentials. The relationship between Dream Tree and World Harvest Food Bank is truly symbiotic. Growing Tree receives food coupons from the Food Bank, which are used to supply the majority of the food items for another key Dream Tree initiative: the Fridge and Solar Pantry project. This collaboration highlights the power of community support and the impact of Dream Tree’s ongoing commitment to service.
