Mission Statement

Join us in a collective journey of compassion and impact as we work hand in hand, transforming lives and nurturing hope.

My passion for youth-focused nonprofit work has been a longstanding one. This commitment deepened when my daughter began actively participating in youth nonprofit activities during her eighth-grade year. Inspired by her involvement, I was motivated to establish a youth nonprofit organization that reflects the core values I hold dear—community, responsibility, and education. I have observed that many young people today are increasingly inward-focused, often disconnected from meaningful communication and relationships beyond their Immediate circles.

It is vital that we guide them toward greater engagement with others, encourage them to form healthy relationships, and create opportunities for them to share their experiences in ways that uplift and educate those around them. It is through these shared experiences that we can foster an understanding that life is ultimately about living in harmony with others. The Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation was founded with this vision at its heart. Since its inception, it has grown into an organization where young people learn the values of communication, relationship-building, generosity, and leadership. Through direct involvement in diverse volunteer activities, our members gain hands-on experience that shapes their character and perspective. I believe these experiences are instrumental in nurturing thoughtful, compassionate individuals who will grow into responsible adults and contribute positively to our society. Moreover, I believe it is our duty as parents to create environments and opportunities where our children can explore, grow, and serve. I extend my deepest gratitude to all of our DTYLF parents for their unwavering dedication, support, and love. Your commitment makes this mission possible. As youth nonprofit organizations like ours continue to develop and expand their impact, I believe we help shape a more compassionate society and a better world. Looking ahead, both I and the Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation remain steadfast in our mission to educate, empower, and uplift the next generation of youth leaders.

CEO, Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation

Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating young students about community involvement and active volunteer service. Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation’s mission is to provide innovative and compassionate public service to the community. The foundation fosters youth leaders, where students undergo leadership training and participate in local community service activities. Students are involved in direct community service efforts, and the foundation contributes money and food donations to various members and groups in the community.

Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation was officially established on April 1, 2022, though the clubs themselves have been active since April 1, 2019. Emulating the central theme of children helping children and community, the Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation has planned and executed a series of community based projects. These revolve around activities such as tutoring, recycling, shoe drives, flea markets, fundraising events and long-term projects, and collaborations and events with organizations with similar goals and values.
