Crescenta Valley Country Fair

The Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation participated in the Crescenta Valley Country Fair on April 30, 2022. In this event, people from various countries and backgrounds set up stands in which they show their cultures through traditions, ideas, games, and much more. The Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation collaborated with the Korean American Federation of North Los Angeles to represent Korean culture. This was done by demonstrating and letting people participate in several korean traditional games and activities including “Ddakji”,  “Jegichagi”, and also prepared “Dalgona cookies”. The Dream Tree Youth Leaders Foundation also explained to those in the country fair the appearance and importance of the historical korean dresses that royalty would wear in the past called “Hanbok”.
